Marc Leopold Felix

Marc Leopold Felix (* 1942 ) is a Belgian expert on African art , art collector and dealer. He studied Greek and Latin at the Collège Saint-Jean-Berchmans in Brussels before studying art at the Académie royale des Beaux-Arts de Bruxelles from 1957 to 1959 . Between 1964 and 1972 he lived in the Middle East, Nigeria, Gabon and Cameroon.

Felix is ​​the author of numerous books on African art and has curated various exhibitions on the subject.
