Marc P. Bernegger

Marc P. Bernegger (born April 9, 1979 in Zurich ) is a Swiss entrepreneur and co-founder of the Internet companies usgang.ch (acquired in 2008 by Axel Springer SE , now owned by Energy Schweiz AG) and amiando (awarded as "Technology Pioneer "from the World Economic Forum and bought by XING in December 2010). Bernegger has been an investor with a focus on fintech since 2010 , including as a partner in the listed investment company Next Generation Finance Invest , a venture partner at Orange Growth Capital and an advisory board member at FinLeap. In addition, he has been dealing with Bitcoin since 2012 (including as a member of the Board of Directors of the Crypto Finance Group).

Life

The lawyer ( University of Zurich ) Bernegger was voted Newcomer of the Year by the SwissICT industry association in 2010 . In 2015, the business magazine Bilanz named him one of the 100 most successful Swiss under 40 . In 2016, Bernegger was voted one of the 30 leading figures for digitization in Switzerland by Handelszeitung .
