Marc Pickering

Marc Pickering (born June 5, 1985 in Yorkshire , England ) is a British actor .

Life

Beginnings

Marc Pickering's acting career began at age eight at the Schauspielhaus of Garforth , a town in the municipality of the City of Leeds . His first role was as Artful Dogder in Charles Dickens ' Oliver Twist .

Further theater appearances followed, for example Pickering appeared in theater productions such as Jesus Christ Superstar and the West Side Story . In addition to his appearances at the Garforth Playhouse, he appeared as an actor at the Nothern Theater in Kingston upon Hull . It was there that he learned tap and jazz dance . Other musicals that Pickering performed in his childhood included Chicago , The Rocky Horror Show , The King and Me , The Little Horror Shop, and Oklahoma! .

From the age of ten Pickering was touring the UK with his touring stage for four years . During this time he also performed annually at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe . His next acting roles were in the plays Tin Pan Ali , The Ragged Child and The Wizard of Oz .

Cinema and television

Pickering was then signed to the Queen's Theater in London . For the film Sleepy Hollow - Heads will roll , he was offered the role of young Masbath , which he then accepted and appeared for the first time in a feature film alongside Johnny Depp and Christina Ricci .

The producers of Sleepy Hollow , who were in contact with International Creative Management , enabled Pickering to spend eight years as an artist. He graduated from GCSE in England and performed again with the Northern Theater Company. To improve his acting skills, he successfully attended the Guildford School of Acting until 2006 . Since then, Pickering has appeared in productions for television , film and also for the theater .
