Marcel Rohner (born June 21, 1964 in Baar ) is a Swiss bobsleigh pilot .

biography

Marcel Rohner finished second in the four-man bobsleigh at the 1996 World Bobsleigh Championship in Calgary, Canada . At the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano , he won the silver medal in the four-man bobsleigh with Markus Nüssli , Markus Wasser and Beat Seitz . A year later he won the silver medal both at the European Championships in Winterberg and at the World Championships in Cortina d'Ampezzo . He is also a 2-time overall World Cup winner and 5-time Swiss champion.

Rohner is the father of two children.
