Markus Wasser (born May 7, 1968 in Aarau , Aargau ) is a former Swiss bobsleigh athlete . Wasser took part in the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano , where he won the silver medal in a team with Marcel Rohner , Markus Nüssli and Beat Seitz .
In 1996 he won the silver medal at the Bobsleigh World Championships in Calgary in a team with Marcel Rohner, Thomas Schreiber and Roland Tanner .
In 2009, Wasser became Vice President of the Bobsleigh Association.
