Marcel Surowiak (born July 14, 1982 in Kluczbork , Poland ) is a Polish football player .

Surowiak began his career with his hometown club Metal Kluczbork before joining LKS Jankowy in the spring of 2000 . After only one season there, Hetman Byczyna became aware of him and signed the defender. After two and a half seasons there, Surowiak moved to Odra Opole , where he was able to play in the first team straight away and gained match experience in Poland's second highest class . During the winter break of the 2008/2009 season, Polonia Bytom noticed him and grabbed the services of the defender. On February 28, 2009 he made his Ekstraklasa debut in the league match against Wisla Kraków . After Surowiak could not prevail at Polonia Bytom and only played one game in the Ekstraklasa, he moved in the summer of 2009 on loan to MKS Kluczbork in the 2nd division. But even here he was not part of the regular team and only played 6 league games. After a brief stint for LZS Leśnica and Oderka Opole, he returned to Odra Opole in 2011 , where he was again placed in the 4th and 3rd leagues. He now plays for Swornica Czarnowąsy in the 4th division.
