Marcell Driver (judge)

Marcell Driver (born September 26, 1866 in Oldenburg , † April 1, 1952 in Leipzig ) was a German judge .

Driver passed the two state legal examinations in 1892 and 1896 with the grade "passed". In 1897 he entered the Oldenburg civil service. On New Years Day 1900 he was appointed public prosecutor at the Oldenburg regional court . In 1904 he moved to the judge's bench in the district court as a district judge. In 1908 he came to the Lübeck Regional Court . In 1916, Driver was promoted to district court director there. In 1924 he came to the Reichsgericht. He worked there in civil and criminal courts. He retired on October 1, 1934. There were persons of the same name with the dates of their lives (1852-1912) or (1907-1992)
