Marcin Awiżeń

Marcin Awiżeń (born November 1, 1985 in Kozienice ) is a Polish athlete. He trains at the Start club in Radom , his coach is Jacek Szczygieł (2008).

At the Paralympic World Cup 2006, he won bronze in the 800-meter run in the T46 class . At the 2008 Summer Paralympics in Beijing , he also won gold over 800 meters with 1: 52.36 minutes and at the same time set a new world record. He also started over the 1500 meters.
