Marco Groß (born October 17, 1995 ) is a German biathlete . His father is the former world class biathlete Ricco Groß .

Marco Groß's international debut was at the 2014 Junior World Championships in Presque Isle . Here he was able to win the silver medal in both sprint and pursuit. During the 13th World Team Challenge at Schalke, he and Anna Weidel won the junior competition.

At the 2015 Biathlon Junior World Championships in Minsk-Raubitschy , his best individual result in the pursuit was an 18th place, and he was fourth in the relay. In 2016 the Junior World Championships took place in Cheile Grădiștei in Romania. Here he was only 40th in the individual, but improved significantly as 17th in the sprint and with a 7th place in the pursuit. In the relay race he won the silver medal together with David Zobel , Lars-Erik Weick and Dominic Reiter .

He has been a member of the customs ski team since 2014 .
