Mare de Déu del Carme (Porto Cristo)
Mare de Déu del Carme is a Roman Catholic church in Porto Cristo on the Spanish Mediterranean island of Mallorca .

It is located in the center of the town of Porto Cristo, which belongs to the city of Manacor, at Plaça del Carme 17 .
Architecture and history
The first church was built between May 10th and the beginning of July 1890. In 1914 a Stations of the Cross and a small organ were added. In the following time the church was expanded several times. In its present form it was consecrated in August 1949.
It is a single - nave neo-Romanesque basilica with side chapels. A slender church tower rises on the northwest corner. The interior of the church is spanned by a slightly pointed barrel vault.
