Margrit Scheidegger (born January 2, 1990 ) is a Swiss floorball player . She is under contract with National League A representative Red Ants Rychenberg Winterthur .

Career

Scheidegger began her career with the Red Ants Rychenberg Winterthur, with which she will still play in 2017. In 2007 she was first used in a competitive game for the Red Ants. For the 2008/09 season she was promoted to the first team squad. In her first season, she played 25 games, scoring five goals and putting on four more. On April 27, 2017, the association announced that Scheidegger had extended their contract.

On May 20, 2018, piranha chur announced that Scheidegger would become the Swiss champion. After one season, however, she returned to the Red Ants in summer 2019.

National team

Scheidegger took part in the Euro Floorball Tour in 2008 with the U19 national team. In the same year, she completed the World Cup in Poland with the Swiss U19. In five games she scored three goals and gave two assists.

In 2010 she was called up for the senior national team by the then national coach. She participated with the senior national team in the two World Championships in 2012 and 2015 in the Czech Republic and Finland. In 2013 she met once and put on four goals. Two years later in Finland she scored another goal and two assists. In 2017 in Bratislava (Slovakia) she met four times and hung up four times. At the 2019 home World Cup in Neuchâtel she scored a total of 3 goals and gave 2 assists. She scored one goal in the final against Sweden.
