Maria Cytowska
Maria Cytowska (born March 6, 1922 in Warsaw , † November 14, 2007 in Warsaw) was a Polish classical philologist .
Cytowska was Professor of Classical Philology (Latin Studies) at the University of Warsaw . She was president of the Polish Philological Society. In Germany she became known as the editor of the Erasmus von Rotterdam and Paulus Crosnensis and through articles in French in the magazine Eos. From 1979 to 1995 she was a member of the Conseil International pour l'edition des oeuvres completes d'Erasme.
