Maria Läng (Regensburg)
The Catholic chapel Maria Läng is at Pfauengasse 2 in the old town of Regensburg .
history
The baroque former house chapel of the canon court was built in 1675 by the Regensburg canon and later auxiliary bishop Albert Ernst von Wartenberg . When the new residential building at Pfauengasse 2 was built in 1884, the chapel was included in the construction.
building
The chapel is a hall building with groined vaults and features a Madonna in the assumed size of Mary . The chapel is now a much-visited prayer chapel.
