Marianne Kaiser

Marianne Kaiser (* around 1934) is a German opera singer ( coloratura soprano ) and singing teacher.

Life

Marianne Kaiser studied singing with Franziska Martienßen-Lohmann at the Weimar Academy of Music. She was a soloist at the Erfurt Opera House, the Mecklenburg State Theater in Schwerin and the Anhalt Theater in Dessau. In addition, her career was shaped by guest appearances as Queen of the Night in the opera Die Zauberflöte by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart at major theaters in the GDR including the German State Opera Berlin . She also appeared regularly at the Leipzig Opera House .

Until 2015 Marianne Kaiser worked as a singing teacher at the music school '' Kurt Weill '' in Dessau-Roßlau .
