Marie Ehrling

Marie Ehrling (born May 5, 1955 ) is the chairwoman of Telia Company . She took on the list of 100 most powerful women of the Forbes Magazine 2006 Place 85. She is also a board member of Securitas AB , the Center for Advanced Studies in Leadership , the Stockholm School of Economics (Stockholm School of Economics) and the World Childhood Foundation . She is married and has a son.

Marie Ehrling was born on May 5, 1955. She graduated with honors from the Stockholm School of Economics . Her first jobs were at the Ministry of Finance and Education in Sweden as a public relations officer and at Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund as a financial analyst. In 1982 she started working for the Swedish airline SAS Group . After 20 years in the company, she first rose to the post of deputy chairman of the board and later to operations manager. In this position were 22,000 workers below her. Her income as operations manager was 5.5 billion. From 2003 to 2006 she was CEO of TeliaSonera Sverige . In mid-2007 she decided to return to TeliaSonera .
