The SAS Group is a multinational Scandinavian holding company and owner of several European airlines . Almost half of the shares are state-owned. The countries Sweden (14.82%) and Denmark (14.24%) together hold 29.06% of the share capital, another 30% are held by institutional investors and the remaining 40% are held as free float on the stock exchanges Stockholm , Copenhagen and Oslo acted.
