Marian column in Nymburk

The Marian column in Nymburk (German Nimburg ), a Czech town in the Okres Nymburk of the Central Bohemian Region , was built in 1717. The Marian column on the market square is a protected cultural monument .

The tall column with the figure of Our Lady is surrounded by Saints Wenceslaus , Florian , Aegidius and Joseph of Nazareth with their child.

Four Latin chronograms can be read between the saints on the shaft of the column . All result in the year 1717:
