Career

societies

After two seasons in which Kristianstad had reached the final game of the Svenska Cup in 2014 , she did not extend her contract with the first division and instead kept fit at her old club IK Sirius. For the 2015 season she moved to the English first division club Chelsea LFC , where she was unable to prevail. Therefore, Banušić returned to Sweden in 2016 and signed with runner-up Eskilstuna United . A year later she moved on to Linköpings FC .

National team

Banušić played for various Swedish junior national teams and took part with the U-17 in qualifying for the U-17 European Championship in 2012 , but Sweden was unable to qualify for the finals. Nevertheless, with eleven goals she was the top goalscorer of the overall competition including qualification. On November 24, 2014 Banušić made his debut, at that time without a club, in a friendly against Canada in the Swedish national team .
