Marina Gennadjewna Tschuchrowa ( Russian Марина Геннадьевна Чухрова ; born July 14, 1955 in Novosibirsk , Soviet Union ) is a Russian psychologist. Since 2008 she has been Professor of Special Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology at Novosibirsk State University (НГУ).

Life

Marina Tschuchrowa completed a degree in medicine (лечебное дело) at the Novosibirsk State Medical Institute (since 2005 Novosibirsk State Medical University ), where she subsequently worked as an assistant in the Department of Normal Physiology until 1980. From 1980 to 1983 she then worked as a psychiatrist at the 4th Psychiatric Clinic in Saint Petersburg . This was followed by scientific activities in the Physiology Research Institute, the Regional Pathology Research Institute and the Therapy Research Institute of the Siberian Department of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (Сибирское отделение Российской академии НАМАМ уАМинских Суманских Суманских Суманских Судицинских Судицинских Судицинских Судицинских Судицинских Судицинских Судицинских Сумедицинских Судерское , until 2007 . In 1990 she received her doctorate in "Normal Physiology" (Нормальная физиология) and in 2000 in "Pathological Physiology" (Патологическая физиология). In 2008 she was appointed to the Chair of Special Psychology at the НГУ.

She is a full member of the 1995 founded Academy of polar medicine and extreme human ecology (Академия полярной медицины и экстремальной экологии человека), in 2004 Belarus International Academy of energy and information sciences founded (Международной академии энергоинформационных наук - МАЭИН) and in 2002 Hannover European Academy founded der Naturwissenschaften eV (EANW - EAEN).

Tschuchrowa's scientific priorities are:

  • Ethnopsychology, interpersonal and social relationships, taking into account the psychophysiological characteristics of ethnic groups.
  • Psychology of health, psychological foundations of the formation of a healthy lifestyle as a national problem in the current stage of development of Russia.
  • Deviant behavior, addictive pathology and psychological foundations of prevention.
  • Clinical and special psychology and psychotherapy.

She published - mostly under the abbreviation MG Chukhrova (М.Г. Чухрова) - more than 300 scientific articles, ten monographs and three textbooks for students.

Outside of Russia, she became known for treating alcohol addiction , drug addiction and depression by therapeutically beating patients with a stick.
