The naval radio station Neuharlingersiel is a transmitter of the German Navy in Neuharlingersiel with the callsign DHJ59 .

The system includes several shortwave transmission antennas .

Until the turn of the year 2004/2005, the system was also used for the telegraphic transmission of military messages on the long wave frequency of 53 kHz, for which a planar antenna was used, which was supported by two 165 meter and a 171 meter high, guyed steel framework mast. At the turn of 2004/2005, the long-wave antenna, the 171 meter high and one of the two 165 meter high transmission masts, were dismantled.

The remaining 165-meter-high transmission mast was then shortened by one meter and fitted with a vertically polarized logarithmic-periodic antenna, which is stretched between the mast and an attachment point on the ground.

The associated telecommunications center (FMZ) is located in the Sengwarden district of Wilhelmshaven . This is where the radio operators' telecommunications workstations are located for processing and sending radio messages.
