Marinko Miletić (born October 8, 1980 in Düsseldorf ) is a German - Croatian soccer player .

Career

Marinko Miletić played in his hometown of Düsseldorf first with SC 99 , then with BV 04 and moved to Fortuna Düsseldorf at the age of 16 . For Fortunen he played in the first team in the regional league from the 1999/00 season and became a regular player there in his second season. But even with Miletić's help, the Rhinelander could not prevent relegation to the league at the end of the 2000/01 season. After two years in the second team of Borussia Mönchengladbach , the Croat returned to the regional league as a player for FC St. Pauli . After two difficult years with injuries and only 18 appearances, two senior league years in the service of FC Gütersloh 2000 followed .

From 2007 to 2009 Miletić played for Rot Weiss Ahlen . In the first year, after a bumpy start after Achilles tendon surgery, he earned a regular place in the second half of the season and immediately rose with the team as champions of the Regionalliga Nord in the 2nd Bundesliga . For the 2009/10 season Miletić signed a contract until 2011 with Rot-Weiß Oberhausen in the second Bundesliga.
