Mario Ebenhofer (born July 29, 1992 ) is an Austrian soccer player .
Career
Ebenhofer moved to SKU Amstetten in 2010 and played with his club in the 1st Lower Austrian Regional League in the 2010/11 season, making 13 league appearances and two goals. After SKU Amstetten became champions of the Lower Austrian regional league in 2011, Ebenhofer's club was promoted to the Regional League East . Ebenhofer then played a total of 79 competitive games (Regionalliga Ost and ÖFB-Cup ) with SKU Amstetten between 2011 and 2014 , scoring 15 goals. In the 2013/14 season, Ebenhofer was able to advance to the quarter-finals in the ÖFB Cup with SKU Amstetten. In 2014 Ebenhofer was hired by SC Wiener Neustadt , who secured his services for the 2014/15 season. In January 2015 it was awarded to the second division team SKN St. Pölten . In the summer of 2015, his contract in Wiener Neustadt expired and he was without a club. After Ebenhofer had not found a new club, he returned in December 2015 to SC Wiener Neustadt, which is now in the second division.
For the 2018/19 season he moved to league competitor FC Blau-Weiß Linz , with whom he received a contract that ran until June 2019. After the 2018/19 season he left BW Linz and moved to Romania to FC Botoșani .
