Career

Mario Mijatović's playing position is a striker . He played first in the youth team and later as a professional in the Croatian first division at NK Osijek . NK Belišće , Slaven Belupo and Kamen Ingrad were his next stops before moving to Austria . After the native Croat scored 13 goals in his first foreign engagement at ASK Kottingbrunn, the relegated regional league , in the 2006 spring season, he was acquired by LASK Linz in the summer of 2006 for € 8,000 . In 2007 he won the league championship with LASK and was the club's second top scorer with twelve goals. From summer 2009 Mijatovic will play for FC Lustenau in Vorarlberg .

In 2000 he had a job in the Croatian U-20 national team.
