Marjolijn Hof

Marjolijn Hof (* 1956 in Amsterdam , Kingdom of the Netherlands ) is a Dutch author for children and young people .

Life

Although Hof wrote a play in elementary school, she first became a librarian. In 1996 she turned full-time to writing and in 1999 she published her first book De Bloem van de buurt . She wrote stories for Sesame Street in the Netherlands , which were illustrated by other artists. In 2006 she published her book for primary school children: Een kleine kans , which was awarded.
