Mark Roe (born February 20, 1963 ) is an English professional golfer .

He was an excellent high diver in high school , and when Roe was healing his perforated eardrum , he began playing golf.

He became a professional golfer in 1981 and joined the European Tour in 1985 . He achieved three tournament victories and a ninth place in the 1994 money list as the best ranking. After a serious finger injury in July 1999, he had to sit out until the beginning of the 2001 season, but was able to maintain his membership in the major European tour until 2006. At the beginning of October 2006 he voluntarily retired from full-time tournament activities.

Roe played for England once in the Dunhill Cup and three times in the World Cup .

He has been married to his wife Julia since 1998, who gave birth to twins (Alexandra and Emily) in 2000. The family lives in Great Bookham , Surrey .
