The market hall in Angoulême , a French town in the Charente department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region , was built in 1886. The market hall on Boulevard Pasteur has been on the list of architectural monuments in France as Monument historique since 1993 .

The market hall was built according to plans by the architect Edouard Varin. It consists of two rectangular structures with covered entrances on the long sides. The steel construction with cast iron pillars, standing on a basement, supports the glass roof. Only the main entrance is made of stone with decorative elements. There is a clock in the broken round gable above the portal.
