Markus Fritz

Markus Dietmar Fritz (born January 18, 1972 in Bruck an der Mur ) is a former Austrian basketball player .

career

During his Bundesliga career, Fritz played in Kapfenberg until 1992 and then with Arkadia Traiskirchen until 1999 . In 1994 and 2000 he won  the state championship with the Lower Austrians and competed in European club competitions.

The 1.90 meter tall superstructure player was also an Austrian team player and represented the national team, among other things, in qualifying games for European championship tournaments.

In 2003 he ended his basketball competitive sports career.
