Marnardal was a municipality in Fylke Vest-Agder in Norway . Its administrative seat was in Heddeland. As part of the municipal reform in Norway , Marnaldal and Mandal were merged with Lindesnes on January 1, 2020 .

2297 inhabitants lived on an area of ​​397 km² (as of January 1, 2019). The municipality number was 1021. The last mayor was Helge Sandåker ( Ap ).

The Sørlandsbanen has a station in Heddeland.
