Marshall W. Lamohr
Marshall W. Lamohr (* 1959 in Genadendal ) is a German trombonist and trombonist of the Evangelical Church of Kurhessen-Waldeck for the South region.
Life
Lamohr learned to play brass with the trombone choir in Genadendal, South Africa . At the University of Cape Town he studied school music with the subjects trombone, piano and recorder and then worked as a primary school teacher in Cape Town. From 1983 Lamohr studied church music at the Herford University and from 1986 instrumental pedagogy with a major in bass trombone at the Osnabrück Conservatory and the Hanover University of Music . From 1990 he worked at the Osnabrück District Music School and later as a lecturer at the University of Osnabrück . Since 1993 he has been the trombonist of the Evangelical Church of Kurhessen-Waldeck.
