The Kara-Suu ( Kyrgyz Карасуу, Кара-Суу or Карасу көлү ) is a mountain lake in the north of Ferghanagebirges in Rajon Toktogul the region Jalal-Abad in Kyrgyzstan .
The Karasuu is dammed by a natural rock dam. The lake is at an altitude of 2022 m . It extends over a length of 6.6 km in a southeast-northwest direction. The water area is 4.2 km². The maximum depth is 150 m. The main tributary is the Kapka-Tasch , which flows into the eastern end. The Karasuu , a left tributary of the Naryn , drains the lake to the west.
