Martin Brookes

Martin Brookes (* 1967 ) is an English science journalist and non-fiction author.

Life

He studied biology and evolutionary genetics in London and Cardiff . After completing his doctorate , he worked for several years at University College London .

Brookes has been working as a freelance writer since 1996; he writes for the New Scientist , BBC Wildlife Magazine and the Guardian , among others . He lives in London .
