Martin Grabe (* 1959 ) is a German psychiatrist and psychotherapist. Since 1998 he has been chief physician in the department for psychotherapy and psychosomatics at the Hohe Mark Clinic in Oberursel.

Life

Martin Grabe has been working at the Hohe Mark Clinic in Oberursel near Frankfurt since 1993, where he was appointed chief physician in the Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics Department in 1998.

Since it was founded in 2000, Martin Grabe has been the first chairman of the Academy for Psychotherapy and Pastoral Care (APS), which sees itself as a communication platform for psychotherapists and pastoral workers and now has around 800 members. He is co-editor of the magazine "P & S - Magazine for Psychotherapy and Pastoral Care" and member of the board of the "Christian Health Congress".

Since 2008, Martin Grabe has been teaching in master's degree courses in “Practical Theology” at the Adelshofen Theological Seminar and at the Institute for Therapeutic Pastoral Care in Neuendettelsau. He participates in the development of the new master's degree in "Religion and Psychotherapy" at the Tabor Evangelical University in Marburg.

Private

Martin Grabe is married and has four children.
