Martin Gralher

Martin Gralher (born November 29, 1939 ; † September 26, 2013 in Nordkirchen ) was a German political scientist .

Gralher studied history, comparative religion, sociology, philosophy, political science and international law in Kiel , Tübingen and Heidelberg and received his doctorate in 1969 under Dolf Sternberger . Since 1976 he has been Professor of Political Science at the Department of Social Science at the Ruhr University in Bochum .

Gralher was a member from 1981 to 1990, from 1986 to 1989 deputy and 1989/90 chairman of the advisory board of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation .
