Martin Kollar

Martin Kollar (* 1901 ; † 1965 ) was a German entrepreneur .

After the end of the war, Kollar moved to Munich in 1949 . Here he founded the Nymphenburg sparkling wine cellar together with Stefan Spernath in 1955 . He managed to develop the company into one of the top-selling sparkling wine cellars in Germany.

Martin-Kollar-Strasse in Munich is named after him.
