Martina Mair

Martina Mair (* 1971 in Freising ) is a German illustrator, author and artist.

Career

After training at the vocational school for graphics and advertising in Munich, Mair worked as a graphic designer and storyboard artist from 1995 to 1997 . In 1997 she attended the summer academy "Pentiment" in Hamburg at FK Waechter .

Since 1998 she has been a freelance children's book illustrator and author of picture books.

From 2002 to 2009 she studied painting with Jerry Zeniuk at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich . Martina Mair lives and works in Munich.
