Marzieh Shah-Daei ( Persian مرضیه شاهدایی, DMG Marżīye Šāhdāyī ; * February 14, 1962 ) is an Iranian manager and has been the head of the National Petrochemical Company since the beginning of 2016 .

She holds a degree from Sharif University of Technology and an MBA from the University of Calgary . She was head of the National Petrochemical Company from the beginning of 2016 . She then headed the petrochemical department in the Ministry of Oil of Iran and was appointed Deputy Minister to the Ministry of Oil at the end of October 2017.
