Masahide Kawamoto ( Japanese 川 元 正 英 , Kawamoto Masahide ; born June 21, 1971 in Kanagawa Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Kawamoto learned to play soccer on the school team of Atsugi Minami High School and the university team of Tokai University . He signed his first contract in 1994 with Fujitsu (today: Kawasaki Frontale). The club played in the second highest league in the country, the Japan Football League . In 1999 he became champions of the J2 League with the club . For the club he completed 68 games. At the end of 1999 he ended his career as a football player.
