Masahiko Ichikawa ( Japanese 市 川 雅 彦 Ichikawa Masahiko ; born September 17, 1985 in Tokyo Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Ichikawa learned to play football in the university team of Hōsei University . He signed his first contract with Omiya Ardija in 2008 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . For the club he completed 33 first division games. In 2011 he was loaned to the second division club Tokyo Verdy . He played seven league games for the club. In 2012 he returned to Omiya Ardija. At the end of 2012 he ended his career as a football player.
