Massimiliano Gatto (born October 28, 1995 in Trebisacce ) is an Italian football player . He plays on the wing positions, but can also be used in the attack or in midfield.

Career

Gatto was trained among other things in the youth of Chievo Verona . In 2014 he was accepted into the professional squad, but was awarded to FC Carpi without an assignment . He was then loaned to the seven-time Italian champion Pro Vercelli . There he scored the 1-0 against SS Virtus Lanciano on the first match day of the 2015/16 Serie B season ; Pro Vercelli won the game 2-1.

After eleven appearances for Pro Vercelli, he was awarded one more time, this time to AC Pisa . In 2017 he returned to Chievo Verona. Although he is under contract, Gatto is not in the Chievos squad in the first half of the 2017/18 season .

National team

He played a total of four appearances for the Italian U-20s and scored in a 2-2 draw against Poland .
