Matías Malán , full name Matías Federico Malán Arenas , (born March 11, 1993 in Nueva Helvecia ) is a Uruguayan football player .
Career
The 1.81-meter-tall defensive player Malán is the brother of the two professional footballers Cristian Malán and Gonzalo Malán . In early October 2013 he moved on loan from the Montevideo- based club Sud América to the second division club Rocha FC . At the club from eastern Uruguay, he played 18 times in the Segunda División in the 2013/14 and 2014/15 seasons . He didn't score a goal. In the second division season 2015/16 he made 17 league appearances (no goal).
