Mat Kirkby
Mat Kirkby is a British director and screenwriter , who at the Academy Awards in 2015 for his work in The Phone Call with James Lucas with the Oscar in the category Best Short Film Award. Kirkby directs music videos and commercials and has worked with Adele , Muse and Basement Jaxx , among others . Kirkby lives in London and works for the film and advertising company Ridley Scott Associates based there . In 2007 he created his first own short film Hard to Swallow .
