Mathilde Emma Halse (born May 2, 1999 ) is a Danish curler . She is currently the lead in the Danish national team around Skip Madeleine Dupont .

Career

Halse played for the first time internationally at the Mixed World Championship 2015 as a lead in the Danish team of Skip Mikael Qvist; the team came in ninth place. At the Junior B World Championship in 2016 she was the skip of the Danish junior women team, but with a twelfth place could not qualify for the Junior World Championship 2016 . In 2017 she played for the first time at the European Adult Championship . As the lead in Madeleine Dupont's team, she came in sixth place.

In December 2017, she and her teammates (Skip: Madeleine Dupont, Third: Denise Dupont , Second: Julie Høgh , Alternate: Lina Knudsen ) won the final against the Italian team around Diana Gaspari for one of the last two at the Olympic qualification tournament in Pilsen Qualifying starting places for the Olympic Winter Games 2018 in Pyeongchang and played there as lead of the Danish national team. Together with her teammates, she came in tenth and last place after one win and eight defeats in the Round Robin .
