Matiz (music project)
Matiz is a German remix and producer team consisting of Hayo Panarinfo , Ingo Hauss and Helmut Hoinkis , who have looked after various synth-pop dance acts since the beginning of the 80s. They were most commercially successful with U 96 , whose single Das Boot reached number 1 on the German media control charts in 1991 .
In the 1990s they were involved in the U 96 project by Hamburg DJ Alex Christensen , with which they released several international top 10 hits, including the "Techno Version" (own description) of Das Boot by Klaus Doldinger , the theme of the same name Feature film (see Das Boot ).
Other projects remixed or produced by Matiz were Boytronic , Bruce & Bongo and Chocolate with Verona Pooth .
