Matsunaga Akira ( Japanese 松 永 行 ; born September 21, 1914 in Yaizu , † January 20, 1943 in Guadalcanal ) was a Japanese football player.

Matsunaga was set up twice for the Japanese selection at the 1936 Summer Olympics . The Japanese achieved a 3-2 win against Sweden and lost 8-0 against Italy.

Matsunaga was killed in the Battle of Guadalcanal in 1943 during World War II .
