Matthäus Pitteroff
Matthäus Pitteroff (born March 24, 1871 in Nuremberg , † after 1937) was a German musician.
From 1897 to 1900 he was Kapellmeister at the Stadttheater Halle . Until 1908 Pitteroff was Kapellmeister at the Hofkapelle in Stuttgart together with Erich Band . In the personal name file of the German National Library, evidence of his further work is only given for the years 1920 to 1938, i.e. for the period after the upheavals of the First World War.
