Matthias Althoff

Matthias Althoff (born March 6, 1981 in Freising ) is a German computer scientist and professor at the "Real-Time Systems and Robotics" chair at the Faculty of Computer Science at the Technical University of Munich .

Life

Matthias Althoff studied mechatronics and information technology at the Technical University of Munich . In 2010 he received his doctorate from the Technical University of Munich . From 2010 to 2012 he was a postdoctoral fellow at Carnegie Mellon University in the USA and from 2012 to 2013 he headed the automation systems department at the TU Ilmenau as a junior professor . Since 2013 he has been Professor for Cyber-Physical Systems at the Technical University of Munich .
