Matthias Nolden (born January 11, 1964 in Düsseldorf ) is a management consultant, lecturer and author.

Life

Nolden completed his studies at RWTH Aachen University in 1992 with a degree in computer science and then worked in alternating management positions at Siemens AG for over 15 years . His duties included u. a. the establishment and management of various competence centers for the market launch and marketing of new products. As head of marketing for a service unit, he coordinated the innovation initiatives for the telecommunications sector as part of the group-wide corporate program.

Since 2008 Nolden has been working as an independent management consultant. In this context, he developed the “innovation balance sheet”, a methodology that medium-sized companies should use to examine and improve their ability to innovate.

Nolden lives in Jüchen ( North Rhine-Westphalia ), is married and has two children.
