The Wilbrand house (also: Pfarrer-Otto-Hahn-Haus ) is a building in Darmstadt .

History and description

The Villa Haus Wilbrand was built in 1913 according to plans by the Darmstadt architect Eugen Seibert . Stylistically, the building belongs to traditionalist architecture with baroque elements. The neo-baroque front door of the villa was carved by the wood sculptor Wilhelm Leuschner on behalf of the Glückert furniture factory .

The Wilbrand house today

The villa is now home to the Diakonie's Altenzentrum Rosenhöhe . For architectural and city-historical reasons, the building is a cultural monument .
