Mattias Caduff

Mattias Caduff (* 1962 in Zurich ) is a Swiss artist and filmmaker .

Mattias Caduff studied sculpture with Günther Uecker at the Art Academy in Düsseldorf and media art at the Art Academy for Media in Cologne. He worked as a lecturer for video and film history at the Zurich University of the Arts and the ETH Zurich . His film Talk in the Mountains from 2000, which was shown at the Berlinale , is dedicated to the eponymous story by the poet Paul Celan . Caduff lives in Basel .
