The house Mauerstraße 12 is a Grade II listed building in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .
It is located east of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt in a corner at the confluence of the street Hinter der Mauer with Mauerstraße . The building is registered in the Quedlinburg Monument Register and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . To the west, the house , which is also listed, borders Mauerstraße 10 .
Architecture and history
The house was built around 1700 in half-timbered construction . The facades of the building were opened in the 19th and 20th centuries. Century changed in its appearance.
